Students Spread Holiday Cheer to Those in Need

This Thanksgiving, those in need will receive some unexpected well wishes from Castleton Elementary School students. Students recently made greeting cards in art class to donate to Equinox, a non-profit agency that provides free Thanksgiving dinners to those in need. Volunteers packing Thanksgiving dinners will place the student-made cards in with the meals. “The volunteers that deliver the dinners will deliver our warm wishes with the meals,” explained art teacher Suzanne Pazienza. “This child-art cards are sure to be uplifting and bring a smile to the recipients.”
