Baltimore Riots
About 20 businesses and more than 140 cars burned as the mayhem spilled into Tuesday's early hours. From 1 a.m. to 5 a.m., the city's Office of Emergency Management reported 10 major blazes.

Police Commissioner Anthony Batts said the young age of those who took to the streets with rocks and bricks -- high school students, many of them -- caused officers to take a measured initial response to Monday's violence.

RENSSELAER - A significant drug bust yielded dozens marijuana plants, heroin and other illegal drugs.
Troy police are calling it “the prize” at the end of a very intense, two-month-long multi-jurisdictional investigation.
Some of the items seized were put on display Troy Police headquarters. It was an undercover Troy Police narcotics operation along with Rensselaer City Police and Rensselaer County probation investigators who raided a home at 1466 Fourth St. in Rensselaer.
Inside they found what’s described as an elaborate marijuana growing operation. There were at least 60 marijuana plants, but there was much more -- including heroin, ecstasy, steroids, $12,000 cash and a fake gun. According to police, all of the drug equipment was purchased online.

by Jessica Roy | Apr 23, 2015 9:34 PM EDT
Everybody Loves Raymond child star Sawyer Sweeten died on Thursday of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, according to The Hollywood Reporter. He was only 19.Costco and Cabela's...wouldn't that be nice for Schodack?
Schodack has a similar situation with homeowners wanting tax benefits from commercial properties, but not wanting businesses too close! We are being taxed to death. Castleton's Main street is dying. There is a real need for businesses - lots of room on Route 9! Cabelas would attract customers from Pittsfield to Rensselaer, Hudson to Bennington!
Please Costco and Cabelas - Try again!
