My Project was the restoration of three Headstones in Woodlawn Cemetery for the safety, beautification and sustainability of the cemetery for generations to come.
My project will allow the caretakers to properly maintain and take care of the headstones for the safety of family and loved ones.
This is a great accomplishment. Great job Madison, as it's not easy moving large stones and you did it numerous times. You are an asset to the community.
ReplyDeleteMADISON SURE ACED HER GIRL SCOUT OATHS WITH HER GOLD AWARD PROJECT. WOODLAND CEMETERY IS NOW A BETTER PLACE OUT OF RESPECT FOR OUR FELLOWMEN THAT HAVE PASSED ON. ITS ALSO A BETTER PLACE FOR ALL WHO HAVE TOUCHED UPON THEIR LIVES AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST.... A BETTER PLACE FOR ALL THAT WILL BE PASSING THROUGH THESE GROUNDS FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER. MADISON CONNECTED CHERRISHED PASTS AND PRESERVED IT FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS... SHE IS HANDS ON RESOURCEFUL WITH AN INSIGHT THAT FOCUSSES ON RESPECT AND HONOR.... PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE. HER GOLD REWARD PROJECT IS A GREAT TRIBUTE TO WHAT THE GIRLSCOUTS STAND FOR, BOTH IN THE PAST AND PRESENT AND EVEN FOR GENERATIONS TO COME....
