The Budget Had Nothing To Do With It

AVERILL PARK, N.Y.-- The superintendent of Averill Park School District is set to leave her position to take a new job in Washington state.

Josephine Moccia was chosen to replace the superintendent in the South Whidbey School District just Northwest of Seattle.

Moccia said the move has nothing to do with the budget controversy and that she wants to be closer to her daughter and grandson. However, it has not been determined when she will leave her position at Averill Park.
