Cuomo to introduce legislation against distracted driving
ALBANY -- Governor Andrew Cuomo announced Friday that he will introduce legislation that will crack down on drivers caught using a portable electronic device.

Two young girls almost drowned tonight while going for a swim in Valatie.
They apparently underestimated the current flowing under the Valatie Falls.
