"Welcome to the new gray area of retail," said Clint Hegeman, owner of the Silver Parrot, a boutique at Stuyvesant Plaza in Guilderland. "It was inevitable."

  1. Schodack is Business friendly?
Maybe some one should ask the business owners that are here.Non of the businesses at exit 10 or on 9 and 20 feel this way.
are there some lawsuits going on right now against the town being filed by businesses?
Has any business ever had an easy time building or locating here?
I think maybe they should make an appearance at the public meeting and warn the Dollar tree people that Schodack may be business friendly ,but the people in charge are definitely not.The present supervisor included.Go ahead drive around and ask the local businesses..there is a saying amungst them"the only problem with having a business in Schodack,,is having a business in Schodack."
