Suddenly everyone is interesed in Schodack?!

 

Schodack now Dollar Tree's top choice for distribution center

So far, Schodack is winning a bid to land a 1 million-square-foot distribution center for Dollar Tree Inc., a chain of discount retail stores.


Suddenly everyone's interested in Schodack.

    "Dollar Tree is using Bergmann Associates as its engineer. Renderings list Clancy & Theys Construction Co., out of North Carolina, as the general contractor."

    Nice, huh?! So much for people thinking that local construction companies will benefit from this project!!

    Len,
    Just because an outside GC does there work nationally doesnt mean local construction groups wont get the work. They will bid the work out to all the local groups.
