ALBANY, N.Y. -- The Albany Fire Department is on the scene of a reported partial building collapse in the city's South End.
The partial collapse occurred at 68 Morton Avenue, just after 5 p.m.
According to Albany Police Officer Steven Smith, police were first alerted to the collapse after a neighbor called, complaining of hearing a loud noise.
Smith said authorities noticed portions of 68 Morton's rear had collapsed.
The fire department's response is causing some traffic delays for the surrounding streets.
