TRAFFIC ALERT: The ramp from northbound I-787 to the South Mall Expressway in the City of Albany will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both Saturday, Oct. 20, and Sunday, Oct. 21, due to bridge inspection. The closure is weather dependent.
