State Police: Arrest Made After Fireworks are thrown into Crowd at
Empire Plaza Updated: Friday, July 5 2013, 06:57 AM EDT ALBANY -
State Police arrested 19 year old Keion Kirkley of Albany after they say he
threw fireworks into a crowded area during the display at Empire Plaza.
No one was injured during the incident. He has been charged with
reckless endangerment and unlawful possession of fireworks.
