Community Advocates for Sustainable Energy (CASE)* is sponsoring a public forum about today’s diverse solar electricity energy choices on Wednesday, March 28th at 6:30 pm at the First United Methodist Church at 1 Gilligan Rd. East Greenbush.
This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be available.
Event moderator is Bill Reinhardt, Albany County legislator and Solarize Albany director.
Learn facts detailing the varied solar opportunities for NYSEG, National Grid or Central Hudson customers. Companies such as Hudson Solar, Monolith Solar, and High Peaks Solar will be part of an educational panel talking about their community solar “farms” along with on-site solar installations. They will be explaining lease or buy choices for rooftop, ground mounts and off-site locations.
Gather information about switching to a 100% renewable electricity energy supplier from Green Mountain Energy, Clean Choice Energy and Arcadia Power also.
