Parents, grandparents, and other family members joined in the fun, many of them in costume as well as the children. And the staff of the East Greenbush Town Hall was just as enthusiastic about the party as the children. Everyone was dressed up and had a trick-or-treat station at the door or window of their office. Several spots along Town Hall featured animated decorations, which fascinated children as they passed.
