Questar III BOCES is looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist (Civil Service Title: Senior Clerk) located at our Central Office in Castleton, NY. The position would entail managing multi-line phones, directing visitors, as well as maintaining organization and security of the main Lobby area. Other duties will include supporting various departments within the BOCES with purchase order processing and other secretarial duties. The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, have the ability to multi-task, and have the ability to work in a busy work environment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least one year of secretarial experience.
