Pipeline forum draws heated opposition

NASSAU — The Nassau Sportsman Club was filled to its brim Saturday when more than 185 people attended the Stop New York Fracked Gas Pipeline public forum, a presentation on the proposed pipeline and compressor station to follow an existing utility powerline corridor through Schodack, Nassau and Stephentown.

The amount of people at 370 Boyce Road in Nassau was more than event organizer Robert Connors had seen at any other anti-pipeline forum, Connors said.

Take a look at the project presentation on the Kinder-Morgan website.
