"We came in thinking they were going to blow us out. They didn't," Maple Hill senior pitcher Maggie Miller
said. "We played well, hung in and made the key plays when we needed
to. ... We can play with Taconic (Hills) and we can play with Chatham.
We're not bad — like some people say about us."
Saturday, the Wildcats rallied from a 3-1 deficit with three runs in the bottom of sixth to beat Voorheesville 4-3.
