Saturday and Sunday and from noon to 2 p.m.
Monday through Friday. The skating season runs through

Capital Ice Rink Skating until Feb. 28
The ice rink at the Empire State Plaza remains open 7 days a week from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Skating is always free and skate rental is free each Friday.
