District to Start Charging Admission for Basketball Games

As part of the Schodack Central School district’s efforts to offset some of the costs of athletic programs, the district will start charging for regular season basketball games this year.
“We've looked at what other districts are doing and many already charge for these games,” said Athletic Director Mark Bubniak.

“This will help offset the costs of time keepers, officials and other required costs.” Admission will be $2 for adults and $1 for anyone 18 or under. There also is a Family Pass that allows a family to attend every regular season game for $25. You can purchase a Family Pass at the door or by stopping in the High School main office.
