Hundreds of Nonprofit Organizations Join to Demand Reform of Rogue Agency

SNYFGP is an organization in Columbia and Rensselaer Counties that successfully opposed the Northeast Direct Pipeline, which was suspended in April 2016. The organization is now focusing on converting to a sustainable energy economy, sponsoring a Renewable Energy Fair on October 29th, at Maple Hill High School. Public Meetings

Two meetings are scheduled this week--
SNYFGP will continue its efforts to oppose and stop the Northeast Energy Direct pipeline and its compressor stations.

Stop the NY Fracked Gas Pipeline meeting at the First Reformed Church of Bethlehem, 38 Church Road, Selkirk.Thursday, February 25, from 6-8 pm. 

After our recent successes, we will plan our efforts toward engaging more elected officials, fundraising, outreach, etc. This comes off the heels of the well attended public forum in January and the strong anti-pipeline resolution of the Bethlehem Town Board. Other towns are moving forward too--thanks to all of your efforts.  

Next week SNYFGP meets in Schodack at the Swartz Senior Citizen Center near the intersection of Rte. 150 and Rte. 9 & 20  March 1st at 6:30pm.
