ABSTRACT OF BOND RESOLUTION DATED JANUARY 27, 2016
The following is a summary of a resolution adopted by the Town Board of the Town of East Greenbush, Rensselaer County on January 27, 2016. Said resolution supplements a bond resolution adopted on November 14, 2012 and authorizes the issuance and sale of a serial bond or bonds, and a bond anticipation note or notes in anticipation of the issuance and sale of said serial bond or bonds, in an additional amount not to exceed $1,600,000. The proceeds from the sale of the obligations authorized in said resolution shall be used for the object or purpose of reconstruction of the Town wastewater collection and treatment system, including, but not limited to, reconstruction of the wastewater treatment plant, pump stations and sanitary sewer collection system, including costs incidental thereto. The estimated maximum cost of said object or purpose is $15,600,000, and the period of probable usefulness thereof is forty (40) years.

Water Break Closes Library
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Library will be CLOSED on Saturday, January 30, due to a water shutoff affecting the building. Normal hours will be in effect for the remainder of Friday, January 29, and Friday programs will proceed as scheduled. The building will have adequate water service through the evening on Friday.

The company wants to buy the former IBT Hamilton Printing property on Route 9J in the town of Schodack. It would renovate an existing 100,000-square-foot building and build another 40,000-square-foot building.
The property is on the market for $1.3 million.
