Solar Panel Installation Progresses Quickly

The solar panel system would only generate a small percentage of the district’s electricity. But the district would save about $12,000 a year or approximately $360,000 over the 30-year life of the system.Monolith Solar has installed similar systems on other public buildings including the Rensselaer Public Library and the Schodack Highway Garage.
Schodack CSD would be the first school district in the county to have solar panels.
